Once upon a time, a bookworm decided to spend her life reading, learning, and sharing everything she learned about early modern fiction and theatre, especially the forgotten women writers who created fantastic fairy tales and gripping plays.
Then the bookworm found knitting, and stitching, and designing, and slowly, between being permitted to wear red and purple in public, and finding a form of happy ever after, she moved to the Malverns and started to design.
My designs are available through Ravelry, and my adventures in the West Midlands, in sewing, in knitting, in crafting and in building a life which allows creativity and administration to cohabit are shared here.
Oh, and sometimes the fairy stories may be glimpsed.
I also make and sell project bags through local craft fairs and etsy.
